It was last night when i was watching a drama series. Than I realized this.
Situasi yang mencengangkan dan membuat semuanya menjadi serba berasalan.....contoh kasusnya seperti ini:

Mister: Lg ngapain?
Boleh tanya sesuatu ndak?

Suster: I am about to sleep!! Ya ada apa?? ( H2C )

Mister: dimana penyimpanan berkas client lama?

Suster: ( gubrak )
Em itu dibagian blok ke 3 setelah buku terbaru.

Mister: Oh thengkyuhh

Suster : ( er ) dont mention it.

Tidak melulu sms dari orang pacar yang bisa membuatmu tersenyum. Bahkan sms se-sederhana dari seorang kawan seperti ini pun rasanya bisa membuatmu bersyukur lebih lama.

Dua minggu terakhir ayam dan beluang sering sekali meluangkan waktu bersama. Dari bermain petak umpet sampai tebak-tebakan. Ayam merasa kian dekat dengan beruang. Ia mulai melupakan keanehan teman barunya. Meski dari beberapa hari kebersamaan mereka, beruang tidak sekalipun membahas dari mana sebenarnya ia berasal dan mengapa ia bisa sampai disini. Ayam sedikit menjaga perasaan beruang.

Dari yang ayam telusuri, beruang memang tidak mempunyai banyak teman dekat. Meski hari itu ia sempat terlihat akrab dengan Gajah dan seekor bebek namun terlihat beruang tidak begitu menikmati hubungan itu. Ayam bisa melihat ada raut berbeda disana. Raut yang tidak bisa dijelaskan dengan kata-kata. Sepertinya rasa penasaran si Ayam kembali muncul.

Little thing called 'I miss YOU buddy'

It was 4 months after his leaving.

I still remember the day when he said it to me, to us that he had decided to leave. i was shock. we were shock. finally the day came. but where is the good in goodbye. oh i prefer hang up my telephone than say goodbye.

Fortunately, we don't lose our communication as what i ever imagined. The technology is really helpful nowadays. I could find him anytime i want even a joke.

Let me tell you why he finally decided to leave. Since i met him that day, he frankly said to me that he has a wish to travel around the world, and the way is by sailing. Hence when he had a chance, he chose it. I thought he was in a wrong decision but he wasn't. He does it seriously. And I wish for his best cause he deserve for it.

I was with him and liz azzahwa last night. We had a great night. Even it was too short to share a lot. Now, he is waiting for his LG and Visa. Kind of the requirement as a sailor man. He said that he is going to have a sail through a cruiser. It sounds really good. I can clearly picture it in my mind how wonderful world through it.

He is one of my close friend when i was newbie. We used to spent our time together. Had a lot of things to share when we had. He is kind of a brother for me.

And last night when i set both of our picture as my DP in BB. The world turned into fun. I wish he could be someone else. Ahaha.

Mendadak kehilangan rasa lapar atau tidak tertarik menikmati makanan yg nikmat merupakan gejala kecil dari sebuah penyakit serius. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh masalah atau tekanan batin. Namun ternyata tidak sesederhana itu.

Menjadi tidak berselera bukanlah moment hal menyenangkan. Karena secara tidak sadar hal ini juga berpengaruh terhadap tampilan wajah. Dari jenis yang kusut, pucat sampai tidak berbentuk (sedikit melebih-lebihkan).

Hilang nafsu makan umumnya dialami orang sakit. Tapi hilang nafsu makan tak melulu karena sakit bisa juga akibat efek samping beberapa obat termasuk gangguan makan karena ingin menaikkan atau menurunkan berat badan. Padahal nafsu makan diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi dan gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Tapi kondisi tertentu kadang membuat orang kehilangan nafsu makannya.

Masalah nafsu makan dapat berupa kelebihan nafsu makan (hyperphagia) dan kekurangan nafsu makan (anoreksia) yang menyebabkan kenaikan dan penurunan berat badan yang cepat.

Hilang nafsu makan alias anoreksia kadang sering digunakan untuk menunjukkan istilah gangguan makan. Anoreksia adalah menurunnya keinginan, sensasi atau rangsangan untuk makan. Yang tak bisa dipisahkan dari masalah hilangnya nafsu makan adalah sistem percernaan. Seperti dilansir dari Healthblurbs, Senin (10/5/2010), beberapa masalah pencernaan yang menyebabkan hilangnya nafsu makan yaitu:
1. Maag
2. Radang perut
Infeksi juga dapat menyebabkan orang tidak lapar dan kehilangan nafsu makan. infeksi yang menyebabkan hilangnya nafus makan bisa merupakan penyakit akut atau penyakit kronis yang disebabkan oleh virus, bakteri, parasit atau jamur, antara lain:
1. Influenza
2. Penyakit gondok
3. Sipilis
4. Pneumonia
5. Cacar air
6. Radang tenggorokan
7. Demam kuning
8. HIV/AIDS
9. Demam tipus
10. Cacingan (akibat cacing tambang)
11. Keracunan makanan (E. coli enteritis)
Atau bahkan disebabkan oleh penyakit-penyakit yang cukup parah seperti:
1. Sirosis
2. Hepatitis
3. Penyakit hati
4. Radang usus buntu
5. Gagal ginjal
6. Gagal ginjal kronis
7. Kanker (paru-paru, hati, ginjal, ovarium, serviks, lambung, dan pankreas)
Hilang nafsu makan juga disebabkan oleh efek samping beberapa obat seperti kokain, morfin, antibiotik, amfetamin, methamphetamine, obat kemoterapi, obat batuk dan hidung tersumbat (dekongestan).
Beberapa kondisi psikologis, diet dan gaya hidup juga merupakan faktor terkait yang menyebabkan hilangnya nafsu makan, yaitu:
1. Stres
2. Depresi
3. Anemia
4. Alkohol
5. Migrain (sakit kepala sebelah)
6. Kekurangan vitamn B12
7. Kehamilan (trimester pertama)
Jika Anda mengalami problem hilang nafsu makan dalam jangka waktu panjang atau beberapa hari, pertimbangkan untuk mengonsumsi multivitamin, untuk memastikan tubuh tetap sehat dan bertenaga. Atau jika perlu segeralah menemui Dokter anda untuk konsultasi lebih lanjut.
